Refunds & Cancellation

How Subscriptions Work

HorsePal PRO subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing admin@horsepal.co.uk.

When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

Cancellation Right and Digital Content Waiver

HorsePal PRO is a digital content service. When you subscribe, you agree to our Terms & Conditions which include consent to immediate access and a waiver of the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

This means that once you've accessed paid content (predictions or Best Predictions), you are not entitled to a cooling off refund for that billing period.

If you subscribe but haven't accessed any paid content within 14 days, you can still request a full refund during that window.

Discretionary Refunds

Outside of the above, refunds may be considered at our discretion in cases such as:

— Extended service outage where predictions were unavailable for a significant portion of your billing period
— Technical issues that prevented you from accessing paid features

We do not offer refunds based on the accuracy or outcome of predictions. As stated in our terms, HorsePal PRO is an educational and informational tool and no prediction model can guarantee results.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at admin@horsepal.co.uk with:

— Your account email address
— Date of purchase
— Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
