1. About the Service

HorsePal PRO ("we", "us", "our") is a machine learning-based horse racing prediction system. It provides daily predictions and analytical tools for UK horse racing.

By creating an account and using HorsePal PRO, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Subscriptions and Payment

A paid subscription gives you access to daily predictions and Best Predictions. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at admin@horsepal.co.uk.

When you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Features such as accuracy breakdowns, live performance tracking, and history are available to all users without a subscription.

3. Digital Content and Waiver of Cancellation Right

HorsePal PRO is a digital content service. By subscribing and agreeing to these terms, you:

— Consent to immediate access to the service upon payment
— Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the digital content has been accessed

This means that once you log in and access predictions or Best Predictions, you are no longer entitled to a cooling off refund for that billing period. This is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Regulation 37.

If you subscribe but do not access any paid content within 14 days, you may still request a full refund during that period.

4. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. Important Disclaimer

HorsePal PRO is an educational and informational tool. It does not constitute financial advice, betting advice, or any form of professional recommendation.

No prediction model can guarantee results. Horse racing is inherently unpredictable. Past accuracy does not guarantee future performance. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or profitability of any predictions.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by HorsePal PRO, including any financial losses.

6. Responsible Gambling

HorsePal PRO does not encourage gambling. If you choose to bet, only stake what you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please contact GamCare (www.gamcare.org.uk, 0808 8020 133) or BeGambleAware (www.begambleaware.org).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

— Share your account credentials with others
— Scrape, copy, or redistribute predictions or data from the site
— Use automated tools to access the service
— Attempt to interfere with the operation of the site

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HorsePal PRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses from betting or other decisions made using our predictions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent monthly subscription.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep HorsePal PRO available at all times, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, data source issues, or other technical factors. We won't be liable for any losses arising from service downtime.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on HorsePal PRO, including the prediction model, algorithms, website design, and data analysis, is owned by HorsePal PRO. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top and notify active subscribers. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
